The Deutsche Messe needed a frontend framework to build new responsive websites for their fairs. The Deutsche Messe is the host (and organizer) of fairs such as the terminated CeBIT, IAA Nutzfahrzeuge, HANNOVER MESSE, LIGNA, Hyrox and many others in both germany and worldwide.

We started with developing new components and pages for the CeBIT first, always keeping in mind scalability. The overall design is minimalistic and leaves enough room for imagery. We included dedicated spaces where advertisers could place ads.

Development took place at deepblue networks, the backend integration was provided by adesso. Our team consisted of up to three devs and was later handed over to a freelance developer for maintenance and further enhancements. I supplied a lot of initial code but also managed the project on a technical and communicational level with the different parties.

I had the opportunity to meet the client's team a couple of times during the project and we even spent valuable time together on a workshop at Wildland.
